Sellbrite & Deliverr Promotion Terms & Conditions
What is the Promotion?
Qualified sellers (“sellers”), pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein (“Terms”), will receive fifty percent (50%) off their Sellbrite subscription and will pay no inventory warehousing storage fees for Deliverr (“Promotion”) during the Promotion Period (as defined below).
Who’s eligible?
This Promotion is available to Walmart sellers who: (i) are new customers to Sellbrite and Deliverr; and (ii) meet Walmart’s minimum seller performance requirements (On-Time Shipping: >95%; On-Time Delivery: >95%; Valid Tracking Rate: >95%; Cancel Rate: <2%; Favorable returns policy; Consistent customer service; Minimum 100 fulfilled orders in the past 30 days) This Promotion is not transferrable.
When is it?
This Promotion starts on the date communicated to you, at 00:00:01 PT (12:00AM plus one second, Pacific Time), and will end on December 31, 2018, at 23:59:59 PT (11:59PM plus 59 seconds, Pacific Time) (the “Promotion Period”).
Sellbrite and/or Deliverr reserves the right to remove a seller from the Promotion at any time if the seller is not meeting minimum seller performance requirements or other expectations as defined by Sellbrite and/or Deliverr.
How do I get the Promotional Rate?
To qualify for this Promotion, submit your information via the target form on the Promotion page, also found here. You’ll be contacted by a member of the Sellbrite team to review the process and answer any preliminary questions, and we’ll continue to check in at various points during your setup.
After starting your Sellbrite trial and beginning the inbound shipment process with Deliverr, you’ll be contacted again by a Sellbrite team member to start your subscription. At that time, and pursuant to your intention to continue with the program, the Sellbrite team will subscribe you to the lowest qualifying plan that you require, at the discounted rate through the Promotion Period. You will not receive the promotional pricing if you begin a paid subscription on your own, it must be started by a member of the Sellbrite team.
What are the fees?
During the Promotion Period, sellers will pay 50% of the regular price of any Sellbrite pricing plan they are subscribed to, and will pay Deliverr Fulfillment fees to fulfill orders. Sellers will not pay for Deliverr Storage fees during the Promotion Period.
The Promotion does not apply to any Walmart Marketplace fees of any kind.
