Which orders are counted towards the pricing plan order limits?
All new orders from any sales channel connected to Sellbrite are included in the count, except Amazon FBA orders, which are excluded. Your order count is reset at the start of your billing cycle each month.
Why is there an extra charge for FBA Inventory & Multi-Channel Fulfillment?
There are significant system resources used to import FBA inventory adjustments, sync FBA inventory changes to other channels, and route multi-channel fulfillment orders to FBA. Since we exclude Amazon FBA orders from pricing plan order counts, there is a small fee to include this functionality. For most customers, this small fee is less than the increase in plan prices if FBA orders were included in the count.
How does the 30-day unlimited free access period work?
You will be able to use every bit of Sellbrite for 30 days, absolutely free. You will not be charged until the end of your free access period, and that is only if you choose one of our paid plans! There will always be a free plan available for businesses doing under 30 orders per month.
Are there setup fees?
Nope. The prices you see above are all you pay.
Do I need to pay for a year up front?
No, but we offer a discounted rate if you do. We’ve found that customers who can commit to a full year of using Sellbrite will be more successful multi-channel retailers in the long run. And since your long-term success is our goal, we want to encourage those practices that support that goal. Bottom line: Annual contracts make happier Sellbrite customers. And we want you to be happy.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you choose annual billing at the discounted rate, you are committing to a full year of service. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at the end of the month.
When will I be billed?
You will not be charged or required to enter any payment information at any point during the 30 day unlimited free access period. You will also not be charged if you continue with the Forever Free plan. Otherwise, you will first be billed on the day you choose a pricing plan and enter your payment information. If your order volume exceeds your plan limit during your billing cycle, you will be updated automatically to the next tier and charged a prorated amount for the rest of the cycle. A subscription to our service is much like any other subscription in that it will automatically be renewed and billed to you until you cancel.
